I have been a member of the Casey Lions Club since Nov. 17, 2015, served as Secretary, Vice President and President this year. I have helped with fundraisers, attended Club and zone meetings, District cabinet and executive meetings, forums, leadership programs, conventions and served as 1-M zone chair. I am a Guiding Lion. I have attended state and international conventions and the 2021-22 Regional Lions Leadership Institute. I have received 2 Int'l President's Certificates of Appreciation and Int'l President's Leadership Medal. My community service outside the Lions is Casey Thrift Shop Board as President and Secretary and an Election Judge for 7 years. I am a member of the Casey First Christian Church, serving as Committee Chair, Board Chair, Deacon and Elder. I am married to PDG Moe Wimbley. I have 2 step-children and 2 step-grandchildren. I have been a Cosmetologist for 55 years and owned my own salon for 32 years. I served 8 consecutive years as President of the Clark County Cosmetology Association.

I joined the Georgetown Lions Club in January, 2014. I served as club Tail Twister 2015-2016 and again in 2021-2023, President in 2017-2018. I was a Zone chair in 2020-2022. I attended MD-1 Regional Lions Leadership Institute August 2020, 1-M Conventions 2014, 2019, 2020 and 2021. I served in the U.S. Air Force and am a member of the Georgetown American Legion post 203 and serve as the post Chaplain. I attend the Cornerstone Christian Church. I am a member of the Church Praise Team and the Church Youth Leadership Team. I am currently taking guitar lessons and enjoy camping and fishing. My wife Lisa and I were married April 30, 1983, with 40 years of marriage. We have 2 children, a daughter and a son. We have one grandson and one granddaughter. I welcome the opportunity to serve the Lions of District 1-M as 2nd Vice District Governor.

I have an Associate's Degree in Commercial Floriculture and am a self-employed florist. I married Sharon Wilson in 1981 and have 2 grown children. I have been a Paris Lion since 1983 and served as club secretary and secretary/treasurer, president, vice president and tail twister. I have served the District as Magazine editor, Region Chair, Hearing Chair, Secretary and as Secretary/Treasurer. I have been involved in community organizations, receiving several FFA awards, several 4-H awards and a 39 year leader of the Bell Ridge 4-H club and a 34 year leader of the Edgar County 4-H Rocket Club. I am an Edgar County 4-H Association board member, Paris Council #860 K of C Financial Secretary and Paris FFA Alumni Board Membership chair. My Lions awards include the Int'l President's Medal, Int'l Leadership Medal, Melvin Jones Fellow, Lions of Illinois Foundation Fellow and several Int'l Lions President's certificates of appreciation.
